  • Register as a member of the Murrays Loyalty Club. Membership can only be made online at www.murrays.com.au. Click here to join.
  • Once registered as a Murrays Loyalty Club member you will be issued with a member number & password.
  • Murrays Loyalty Club Members must book online & travel on 10 Sydney/Canberra express services in a 12 month period to receive 1 (one) free trip on the Sydney/Canberra Express service.
    *One free trip consist of one sector being Sydney to Canberra or Canberra to Sydney.
  • To redeem your free loyalty club trip you must book online & redeem your free trip/s within 6 months of your free trip/s being issued.
  • Changes to your free Loyalty Club trip can be made, but are subject to change a booking conditions & fees.
  • The Murrays Loyalty Club is only valid on the Sydney/Canberra Express services. Not available on any other route service or special event packages.
Being a Loyalty Club Member means that not only will you receive benefits for your loyalty, you will also be updated regularly on specials & event packages.   For those current VIP Members your VIP membership number will be transferred to the new Murrays Loyalty Club.Your password will be your day & month of birth.If you have any questions, please email us quoting your current membership number to loyaltyclub@murrays.com.au.

New Terms & Conditions
We are have made some changes to our terms & conditions which are effective from Monday 16th January 2012 for travel on our Express Services.  

Change & Manage your booking online
Murrays has introduced a new online system where you can now change &manage your own booking online. This great new online facility will allow you to change your booking up to 2hrs prior to your departure time as well as reprint your itinerary.  

Track your Coach
Murrays would like to introduce to you our new Murrays Coach Tracker.This will assist those passengers who have arranged for someone to meet you at your destination.  

New Fares Structure & Change a Booking conditions & fees

Discounted Web Fares
Discounted web fares are only available when you book online & are subject to availability.

Flexible Fares
Flexible fares can be changed once to another service up to 2hrs prior to departure at no additional cost.  All additional changes are subject to change a booking conditions & fees. Murrays have ceased offering open dated tickets effective from Monday 16th January 2012.All bookings can be changed up to 2hrs prior to the original booking either online or by calling our booking office (7am – 6pm, 7 days a week).Changes to a booking are subject to charges & conditions. (Refer to change a booking conditions & fees below)When changing a booking you must select an alternative travelling date & service at the time of change.

Discount Web Fares - $10 per person/trip with the exception of $15 web fares which attract a $20 per person/trip change fee.
Phone/ Email/In-person Counter change fees - $20 per person/trip.  

Unaccompanied Minor Child Policy
Murrays Australia have made changes to our unaccompanied minor policy. Unfortunately, we no longer carry children under the age of 15 years without being accompanied by an adult.We will not accept the responsibility for the safety of child under the age of 15 years on any Murrays service without being accompanied by an adult.

Choosing the right transport operator can sometimes be a daunting task. Following we have provided just some tips to help you through the selection process. By using these tips, you will have taken the steps necessary to assure your guests a safe, comfortable, and satisfying travel experience.

How long has the company been operating?

Does the company operate it’s own maintenance facility?

Ask for a copy of the operators Certificate of Insurance?

Does the company operate within the law?

How many vehicles do they have in the fleet?

Does the company adhere to National Fatigue Management requirements?

Does the company have a formal Drug & Alcohol Testing Program?

Ask the company for any references?

When you are booking transport for your next event remember to use some of the tips mentioned above as safety is the single most important issue!
