EXPRESS RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT - (Full Time) - ACT

Murrays Coaches, Buses & Limousines provide Australia’s Finest Fleet of luxury coaches to international and domestic leisure travellers.

We are seeking a Reservations Consultant for our booking office located at the Jolimont Centre in Canberra City. This role is a full-time position which involves being on a rotating roster and working on the weekend.

The duties include processing of bookings by phone or face to face with customers and meeting & greeting passengers departing & arriving.

To be successful in this role you must have, and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service, exceptional communication skills, well organised with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
