EXPRESS RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT - (Casual) - ACT

Murrays Coaches, Buses & Limousines provide Australia’s Finest Fleet of luxury coaches to international and domestic leisure travellers.

We are seeking a Reservations Consultant for our booking office located at the Jolimont Centre in Canberra City. This role is casual position and may involve working some shifts on the weekend.

The duties include processing of bookings by phone or face to face with customers and meeting & greeting passengers departing & arriving.

To be successful in this role you must have, and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service, exceptional communication skills, well organised with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
